BCDP, in partnership with Global Helping Hands, conducted a free medical camp in Butaleja. The outreach revealed that over 90% of patients' illnesses were linked to poor hygiene, poor nutrition, and limited access to nearby health facilities. The assessment also found that more than 90% of families were living in leaking grass-thatched houses, with many households lacking proper toilet facilities.
